Experience

I have a 25 year history of fitness and “yes” not so fitness under my belt. Life’s experience has taught me that weights, weight machines, boot camps and other popular workout plans come and go. Athletic training and activating multiple muscles as well as core and balance training are key to making life easier. Functional movement is the answer to your everyday life and who wouldn’t want to experience this with less effort than you do now. To get out of a chair with-out grunting because your core isn’t strong enough to fit your body when called upon. To the extreme of putting on hiking boots and walking mountain paths and not getting winded or tired. I am constantly educating myself when there is something that works I will adapt it in my program.
